There are Internet-connected telescopes you can rent (or just book) time on. Bear in mind that most of the pictures you see are taken with long exposures; even through a powerful telescope most DSOs donâ€™t look much like their photographs.
When a telescope is tracking the sky, objects donâ€™t seem to move anywayâ€”so Iâ€™m not sure what benefit you expect from a â€œlive timeâ€ view. Most planetarium applications (Stellarium for example) have a real-time (or sped-up) display mode, intended to simulate the sky, from moment to moment, as seen from a given location.
