A feature that will allow us to download packets individually so that we can save them to disk or drive and take them to another computer to run without the need for internet connection. Obviously once the work has been done take it back to the pc with internet to upload to yourself.

There has been other discussions of this. The current solution is to either install BOINC to a USB drive or to use a USB drive to carry a BOINC folder between machines.
