I have been working on creating a new website for my team SET@Ohio. On the site I would like to include a section similar to BOINC stats that shows my teams current stats, something similar to what's on Boinc Synergy's home page. Could anyone tell how in the world to do this because I am completely clueless. Thanks in advance for your help.

There is a set of files at:
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/stats/
that can be used to generate the stats. Please make certain you only copy these files if they have changed. In other words, check the time stamps and compare with the ones you already have before copying.

The files are in XML, and the specification can be found someplace at http://boinc.ssl.berkeley.edu.

Most people who do this design a database to put the stats into so that there is a history.

Good luck.

The XML files located in /stats/ include ALL users, teams and hosts. They are quite large (over 1 GB uncompressed) and can be difficult to work with. Hosts are the biggest part so if you don't need those it may be managable. Depending on how much detail you want, the web RPCs may be easier to use. You can request information about only your team through this method. Documentation is located here.

This should make everything much easier to work with! Thanks for the information.
