It's been "Temporarily" failing to download new work for the past 11 hours or so. Since I'm able to view this page & post, I guess the problem has something to do with BOINC or the SETI client. A different workstation on the same LAN is communicating OK with other BOINC projects, but it isn't running SETI and I'm completely stumped.
