It seems that the "team lookup" function is disabled.

This prevents BOINC/Beta types from re-joining the team that was mass-loaded from SetiATHome.

Is this me pushing the wrong buttons, or do all of us crunchers have the same problem?

WHich team S@H1 or BOINC?

If you are returning from S@H1, then re-activating your account re-joins you with the S@H1 team that you were with as of the snapshot around Mid May.

They are working on the team lookup problem.

The S@H1 team is/was Virginia Tech.

When I uninstalled BOINC/Beta and reactivated on the live site (using the URL and user key sent by BOINC Admin) I used the same email address (as used in S@H1) and the same username (JTA 23112) used in S@H1.

When I first accessed my SETI/Live account, I was not connected with any team.

When I tried to join a team, the first step --- of searching for a particular team --- was disabled.

Any help will be appreciated!
