I'm getting schedulers down error since ~8GMT but the site status (http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/sah_status.html) remains green.

What gives?

The schedulers seem to be bouncing requests intermittently. Of my clients that received a 'No scheduler responded' message, all have succeeded on their 2nd or 3rd try. Probably the schedulers are getting a big overloaded and can't respond fast enough.

One of the things to keep in mind is that the schedulers are on a re-direct from the firts page. No first page, no schedulers...

With the first page corrupted you cannot contact the first page, get the redirect, and contact the scheduler. This mechanism allows the schedulers to be moved without having to change the universe.

New client.
Most of the machine work just fine now... however, my work-workstation, a dual 2.4Ghz Xeon (HT), keeps on getting "No schedulers responded"... with 1 minute delays...
