Could anyone explain to me how to make my team a BOINC wide team? any kind of help and/or advice is appreciated.

Go to http://boinc.berkeley.edu/teams/
Create an account.
Validate the email address used.
Create your team, just as you would on any project's pages.

That's it, nothing else needed.
