I'm not able to retrieve my password, after inserting my email address (mendola@bigfoot.com) it say that the email can not be sent.

As you can post in the forums, you are still logged in. So it should be posible to change your password over "Account" / "Change password", or this link : http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/edit_passwd_form.php
