This is a bad situation. I bet everyone out there is going to do the same thing and try to "stock up" on workunits, which means the first people to contact the servers are going to grab every one that is available. These work units will sit for days on your computer while everyone else out there who wasn't fast enough is going to sit idle waiting. I guess the only hope is they generate enough units to satisfy 1/3 of the number of active clients before making them available (1/3 because each unit will be sent to three people).
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is if no one stocks up, it will be better off for everyone else.
