Is it possible to switch off the tumbling when the graphics are displayed? I can stop it while holding the left mouse button, but I would prefer nombling at all.

Edit Seti@home preferences.

choose Graphics Preferences = Custom

then

Horizontal oscillation period
seconds 0
Horizontal oscillation range
degrees 0
Vertical oscillation period
seconds 0
Vertical oscillation range
degrees 0

save the preferences... run an update on your client. graph no longer wiggles around.

Don't blame me, I voted for Johnson(L) in 2016.

There is a page in the Wiki, Screen Saver & Graphics Display - SETI@Home Classic (Emulation) .
But it can be argued that any screensaver, especially if in full screen, is not a screensaver if parts of it are static, therefore the tumbling.

I agree and don't use my screensaver, but I do like to watch what the program is doing from time to time.
