Is the list of computers you have public and if it is, how do you prevent it from being publicly displayed?

Yes, it is public. It can be hidden with an option in the project settings in your account page on the web site. However, some of the items that you can see cannot be seen by the public. (Like the ip address). Click on my name to see my list of machines see if the information displayed is a problem, and if it is, you should be able to hide your computers.
