Is there a way to view how many CPU hours you have contributed?

No. That was only the case with (long-gone) seti@home classic.
You can only see the amount of cpu time it took to process each of your recent workunits (Your Account ->Work Done ->Results). But when those are deleted from the seti@home server after validation, that info is lost.
