On my MacBook Pro using Boinc 5.10.7, work units are shown with a "To Completion" time on the order of 30 hours, but the work units take about 2 hours to run. |

This could be happens if a new application version was relased, as is was happen. The BOINC client needs some time to adust this timers. |

The times seem to be getting closer to a reasonable amount on my MacBook Pro. I believe it was much more than the 10-20 estimated WUs, as the MBP goes thru at least 10 WUs per day. I'll eventuall check my other CPUs to see if their times are reasonable as well. They are all slower than the MBP. Thanks for your reply. Taras |

Yes, could also be OK, because the WUs at SETI has different run times. |

The work units say that they take 34 to 60 hours but actually get completed in 30 minutes to 2 hours. This is causing my machine to contact the servers much more often for new work units (multiple times per day) because it is running out of work units even though my preferences are to have 3 days worth of work units downloaded.
