'Shawn of the Dead' was cool.

The new 'Dawn of the Dead' was awesome, too!

The only remake that I have considered watching lately is Rob Zombie's Halloween.

Saw it and liked it.

:)

Cool. Would it be too much for a ten yr old to take?

Just kidding. ;)

Depends on the 10 year old. Compared to "The Devils Rejects", it's pretty mild, but still has some hack scenes. Plus Jason is about 10 in this movie, but it covers his life up to his escape. Uncertain about how another 10 year old seeing him slashing his family up at 10 would effect your 10 year old. He kills others too. At school, etc...

Maybe not good for a 10 year old. I would say don't take him/her along.

I hooked up a cockroach with a small electrical charge once and made it do my bidding. Soon I'll be moving on to humans. You could be next.

Thanks for the post.
LOL@the bit about such life running amok.
Even if it did, how many years would it take for it to develop such a capability? Thousands to millions?

I guess it depends on when they turn the amok gene on.

Once every 28 days. :-P

I assume you're referring to that 'infection' that affects people of the feminine persuasion once a month?

Re: Newt Gingrich and women in foxholes

Yes, I was referring to womenfolk. It's my right to complain.

You also have the right to be silent. Too bad you don't have the sense to use it in this case. ;)

Once every seven years. :)

Yes!!!! Someone got it! I think I'm going to like these boards.

Oh, that one was TOO easy. You gotta be a bit more obscure. This IS a science related board and it's only a short step to the side to get to sci-fi. :)
