Thanks. toffuuu You already have it: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu//result.php?resultid=591953450 But it's "enhanced" and NOT "optimized". See other threads. It takes a time for the cache of tasks to be used up before the new SETI app comes into play. You'll now see your RAC drop to about half what it was previously, that is after the "flood" of noisy very short tasks pass through. You can always go to BOINC Manager/Messages and look down the list for "Restarting Task ............." to see which is being used for each Task. You were previously on Alex Kan's Optimized 5.13 and are now on the standard Enhanced 5.23, which will automatically update when another enhancement takes place. If, on the other hand, you are asking whether the Enhanced 5,23 can be optimized, Alex Kan is is no longer a member of the SETI team and is now doing what was described as a "real job" and unfortunately does not have the time to devote to SETI any longer, as he did in developing the previous optimizations. Well, it doesn't seem so: http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/forum_thread.php?id=31810&nowrap=true#625638 |
