for quite some time now I havent been able to get any WU's on ANY of the 3 PC's I have doing crunching. the message I get is that I've already reached my quota of 2 WU's for the day and I havent gotten any done now for a couple of months. even rossetta is doing it. all they've been doing is climate work. I've checked my preferences and all SEEMS good. I've even uninstalled BOINC and re-installed it to see if that helps. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? 7/10/2007 11:13:14 AM|SETI@home|Message from server: (reached daily quota of 2 results) 7/10/2007 11:17:14 AM|rosetta@home|Message from server: (reached daily quota of 2 results) |

The Maximum daily WU quota per CPU is 100. For every error that you return your quota goes down by 1. Your pc's on both SETI and Rosetta a showing error -200 which means wrong file size. As a result because of these errors your quota has been brought down to 2 per day. However, once you solve the problem and return good results, your quota will go back up by 2 for every successful return. Try this... Go to 'Your Account', on this website, then select 'Edit General Preferences', and at the bottom change 'Skip image file verification?'to 'Yes'. Save the preferences by clicking on update. Then go to Boinc, select SETI@home in the projects tab and update it. Do the same for Rosetta in the projects tab. After that, if it still doesn't work please post back here. |

It is a general preference, you only have to change it one place. It will be copied to all of the other projects by way of your host. BOINC WIKI |
