That would be rather odd of them, to stop at Easter Island, wouldn't it?

Every little speck of land in the Pacific Ocean was somehow found by the Polynesians. Last I've heard, Polynesians sailed out of Cambodia and made it too Easter Island, which was once tropical with all kinds of wild life and plenty of plants and food. DNA may have new reports of lineage.

Last stop before South America is Easter Island. 2000 miles off the coast of Chile. I'd be looking to stop somewhere after the long boat ride!
