I would like to comment on the unique method of running the various help sites on Boinc in the past few days.

They have seemed to listen to complaints and either solved the problem of explained why they can't at present. This is truly a new approach.

Perhaps it will catch on with a couple of the software companies who think they are in "The land of the fee and home of the slave"

This is NOT MS bashing, Netscape mail just wanted to charge me over US$35 just to email them a question!
