Boincgui no longer reports results or sees the work units. I have no way to view boinc. I have tried all the others but none give a real view of what is going on.

When are we going to get a REAL gui for boinc? There seem to be quite a few for Windows. I guess Linux users are the "step children". We get the left overs and get them last.

I sent an email last week to David Zilch who developed
the gui for *nix, he wrote back a day later and said he
would be updating the gui to be compatible with current
versions of the client, the gui right now only supports
3.18 or 3.20...he would begin the process in a week or 2.

I too would like to see a nice gui similar to the one
for windoze, but maybe you are right we are the step
children here, on a brighter note we seem to have less
issues with boinc than the windoze users...




Using Fedora Core 1 here....
