or does the <a>User of the Day[/url] look like Jesus. That's kind of an oxymoron isn't it? You would think he would know already. He is omnipotent.

I am not sure I understand well the meaning of "That's kind of an oxymoron
isn't it? You would think he would know already. He is omnipotent". But yes
I had the same first impression when I saw his picture.

Well actually he looks (on this picture) like the commun image we have of Jesus.
The one that has been transmitted by the controverse Saint suaire and largely
broadcast by old hollywood movies. Who can tell what Jesus really looked like?

Petit, Let me try to explain:

According to dictionary.com,
ox·y·mo·ron = A rhetorical figure in which incongruous or contradictory terms are combined

om·nip·o·tent = Having unlimited or universal power, authority, or force; all-powerful

In other words jesus should not be looking for Aliens with Seti@Home because he should already know they exist. He knows all and sees all. Hope that helps :)
