It may be of service to all on both sides of the fence to highlight here other Distributed Computing Projects unrelated to SETI@home and BOINC.

Well, related in my mind.
SETI@home is the mother of all.

I have not personally donated to any of these, but maybe others can share their experiences and add to this list.
