Top host still belongs to an 8-core Mac Pro, so not all is lost ;o) I don't think who? will catch or pass the top Mac Pro unless something else changes. I have 2 Core 2 Duo systems that are reasonable hardware mirrors of each other. One is OC a bit more than the other and one ix running X64 the other is dual boot X64 and Vista. If you need tester, I will be happy to Oblige When we finally figure it all out, all the rules will change and we can start all over again. |

I don't think who? will catch or pass the top Mac Pro unless something else changes. Well, that's the point. I believe he is currently running with the chicken app to establish a benchmark. *Then* he will switch to his own code, to see how much better (or worse...Who? knows?)
