ETBOL

Estimated time back online!

I have been waiting for a few days to up load my work packages, but all I get is
“No schedulers responded” …
I have no idea when or how long I have to wait!

So how about an ETBOL so I know when I can turn on my pc….

Given that this is Sunday, and tomorrow is a holiday, and most families in the U.S. spend the weekend on activities that are planned well in advance.

... and that the main hold-up is the balky SNAP appliance.

I wouldn't be too surprised if it was back late today.

Then again, tomorrow is probably pretty likely.

Day after tomorrow is a regular work day, so they'll probably have more resources then.

So, if you don't want to hang around, I'd __plan__ on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I was real surprised to see that they had ANYONE working on a major holiday...I hope they all take Monday off. Even if the project is not up and running.

I'm only a little surprised. These guys are pretty dedicated, or they wouldn't put up with a lot of the garbage they're subjected to.

Besides, this stuff is fun even if you're on the sidelines.

While they probably aren't working as hard (and taking time to get out and do really fun stuff), I'll bet someone is peeking at the progress from time to time.

Besides, watching files copy is like watching paint fade.

=============================================================

When they first moved the directories to the Snap, I think it
took a couple of days and that was with them watching for completion.
This time I hope if they are monitoring they only go check a couple of
times a day. They deserve some time off, especially duing Holidays.

You shouldn't need to contact the schedulers to upload units. Only to download. Read my post in this thread:
