I have noticed that CVS and the archive versions of BOINC contain a source File version error.

Version 3 has this in api/boinc_api.h
extern int boinc_set_error(int exit_code);

While version 4 has:
extern int boinc_set_error();


I think that file was reset to a prior version. Doing our own build of the SETI v4 client is against version 3 of boinc_init.

It is clear that there is a mistake here.

Also, ARE you guys going to include my Altivec source code? If you give me access I can add it in and maintain compatibility. Either way, when I get this working, I am going to do my own build of Seti Worker v4 with altivec and make it available to everyone.
