I would like to have the time the news items is posted on the news page added to the news item. We would then know how old the item is. It would seem this would be a very minor change to the news posting procedure, just add the posting time to the message text, but it would help us by knowing how recently the news item was posted.

A slightly more complicated change would be the inclusion of the current server status and the number of WUs waiting to be downloaded on the news page.

Me too, and please add the time-zone. We partipiciants in your project are spread over the whole world and we are not really interested in wich time your clock shows. You did hear of UCT?
