im not in the 7 year club but have known about seti for about 7 years. would be bout in the 4 yr club if i didnt have comp problems. thanks to compukatt for getting me into it, and seti is a great thing to do, will still be going strong in 7 years.

Nearly 8 yrs for me! yay i ant done many units cos i had a break from seti while i was trying to get into gaming. now i'm there i can work more on seti. my credits at the moment are since xmas

Yeah, I was right, but didn't expect it to be this much better...!

My old Athlon XP (1.66 GHz, 1GB) machine is taking about 10+ hours/work unit

The Core 2 Duo 6700 (2.66 GHz, 2GB) is doing two at a time at about 2<3 hours/work unit -- and I haven't even overclocked at all yet. :)




Since 18 May 1999

New Core 2 Duo should help a little ;)
