Uh-oh.......can't upload completed results?

Server status was showing the Up/Down server administratively taken down and almost everything else was red, but everything is back to green now except the splitters. Unfortunately, work still won't upload. :-( Edit: Nevermind, it's working now. Must have caught it right when the status said online but the servers weren't fully online. ;-) They may be back online, but I supsect that with many thousands of kitties trying to get their files uploaded, it'll be a tad hit-and-miss for a while. Thanks A forced results send has got all my systems clear, and the credit (where appropriate) given. Looks like the staffers were in early! Since we switched to Enhanced the result return rate dropped massively and can be handled by just one assimilator - it took all four to keep up before. There's no point in running more. I will stop any upload until next week .... greetings Bernd I'm afraid don't know what to tell you. After the upload server came back on line, the kitties uploaded about 170 WUs that I had pending on 8 different rigs, and then updated and reported them all. I just checked the logs on all of them, and saw no reports of any errors whatsoever after the uploading problem was taken care of. Maybe I just got lucky. Maybe the kitties have a special rapport with Seti. The only thing I could think of would be if your internet connection or comm settings are not the best, perhaps when the servers were so bogged down and communicating with them was very sporadic there may have been some incomplete acknowledgement from the server to your computer that the WU had finished (or not finished) uploading when communications got interrupted, and the WU ended up in a corrupted state on the Seti servers. I am on a 6016/768 dsl connection, so transfers are pretty quick. I am thinking this is maybe a comm problem rather that a server problem. Or maybe the WUs were in the process of being uploaded when the server crashed, and that corrupted them. But this is all conjecture on my part, just the only scenarios I can come up with. I am sure there will be a few more reports of this, there usually are when the upload server gets tied in a knot. Maybe someone can come up with a more concrete answer.
