I just downloaded and installed bionic, I get my packets done in about 1/2 the time right now, anyways I was just wondering if I am on a seti for classic seti and using bionic will it add to that teams total? Also if the answer is yes can I be on both a bionic and a classic seti team?

If you are crunching with the classic seti program then the credits will be reflected in your teams classic score, whereas 1wu = 1credit.
If you are crunching with the Boinc seti program then the credits will be reflected in your teams Boinc score, whereas 1wu = possibly many credits (called cobblestones).
Yes you can be on both teams. If you have a HT CPU then you can have one logical CPU crunching 1 instance of classic and the other logical CPU crunching 1 instance of boinc.

With all of the problems S@H BOINC is having at the moment, no, that would be a disservice to everyone involved. The servers would be hammered harder than they are now, and there would be at least some who could not stand the problems and leave DC completely, or find another DC project that is not BOINC.
