Right now i got an email from Seti@Home asking my help for some donation .But when i came to my account i noticed that all the credits i got last year have been deleted . I would like reinstall the software for crunching but what will be the use when credits are deleted so easily . It looks like you may have created two accounts at Boinc-Seti.
The one you're posting with was created on 22 Aug 2006. The other 21 Aug 2005.
Boinc uses your e-mail address as the unique account identifier. To access the other account you will need to log in with its email address.

edit: Some board are limited to active users only to keep some control over people that only post to cause trouble but don't participate in the project.

NO ! I never created two accounts at Boinc-Seti. I had exclusively one account that you displayed the data account , i have been member since 21 Aug 2005 and never since 22Aug 2006 . Quite simply i've been put out because of my humoristic posts at cafe seti , that was all : Some of participants couldn' t bear my presence here !

Dear Moderator , now apart checking the posts, what should i do to have my old credits on my account. I tried everything to adjust and editing my account infos , but i failed. The main problem is that i lost the code i got at first in 21 August 2005 from Seti-Boing (boing LOL)!Do you have in your archives my secret code or not ?

No, I don't have access to any of your personal data (email, authenticator, password, etc.)

There are a couple of possibilities for retrieval.

If you still have access to the email address that was used to create the account, you can send yourself the account ID/authenticator. Guessing a few times won't hurt. Just try not to create any new accounts.

If you still have a computer that is set up for processing, you can retrieve the account ID/authenticator from one of the files on your HD.

I don't know if it was you or not, but there was an Ariane von Wolfland that had her account deleted by the administrators a while back. If this is you, then there is no way to get your old account back.
