Emails have gone out to those people who registered for the online panel.
At this moment in time, the conference will take place on Monday 18th December
We are somewhat disappointed that a number of people have not responded to us.
So far we have had confirmation from people in:

Mexico
Guam
USA
Portugal
Pakistan
UK

If those people who have not replied would like to do so, there are still places to be decided.

We still have a number of people who have not replied to our emails. We therefore have space for one or two others if they would care to contact us.

Simply, we have arranged for David Anderson, Eric Korpela, Matt Lebofsky and Rom Walton to be online with a live panel of BOINC users so they can put questions to them on any BOINC related subject. If people have a particular question they wish to ask they can put it to the people who are running the show and get direct answers. Take a look around the message boards and look at some of the things people are asking and not necessarily getting replies from the people who are best placed to answer them. We hope to correct that. However, it would seem that a number of people don`t want to know judging by the number who registered their wish to take part and have failed to respond to us. Their loss and other peoples gain. They had their chance.
An mp3 of the proceedings will be available followed very shortly by a podcast after it has taken place on 18th December.
The invitation was in all the main message boards as a `sticky` for the best part of 2 months and nearly 1,500 people viewed it in Cafe Seti alone. It would seem that somehow you missed it.

Thanks for not mentioning the cricket. :-)
