If a mod could please sticky this, that would be nice.

BOINC now has a Live help. You can find more information about it at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/help.php.

To be able to get the live help from one of the many volunteers, you will need to download and install a program called Skype. A lot of work has gone into creating this live help as another method to assist those who are having problems with the BOINC software, in hopes to get you up and running.

It would be nice if it was working but all I keep getting is can't connect to the Live help.

There is a problem with the BOINC server in the moment. The admins are still working on the problem.

This function is turned off my the project and most of us dont have Skype...great!!!! My computer was running the SETI project all night for the first time and it hasnt recognised it at all...
