I was wondering if there was a ftp version of the page http://setiathome.berkely.edu/stats. I was attempting to write a statistics program and found the http version to slow the program down too much. Any help on this matter would be greatly appriciated.

No, that is the only site there is for stats. It is only updated about once per day, so the correct method is to check the header to make certain it has not changed before downloading it. Checking once per hour or so is probably about right.
