Did you read the 1/2 dozen other posts about not being able to download, or 403 errors?

Berkeley has an issue at the moment, it is just after 08:00 their time, they usually get in the office after 09:00. The issue has been a problem all evening. Just leave it alone, when they fix it, it will start working again.

Gordon.......If you take a few moments to take a look at the other 2 threads just below this one, you will find your answer. There has been a server problem at Berkeley for about the last 15 hours. Nobody can download work. We are hoping for a fix in the next 1-5 hours, so just hang in there for a bit, and you should be downloading work again soon.
