Open up the BOINC manager, click on the Messages Tab, and select every message, from top to the end, and paste them here. It can help us all figure out whats going on.

Looking at the work units you've done, I see this error:
- exit code -1073741819

If I remember correctly, this has something to do with outdated DirectX and video drivers. Try upgrading to the latest version of DirectX, make sure your video drivers are updated. See if that helps.

Second go to the website and then your account, edit general preferences and chage the setting 'Leave applications in memory while suspended?' to yes
this will deal with the first line above, 'removed from memory'. If the task is left in memory it is less likely to have problems.
Third go to the file 'stderrgui.txt' and look for the line that has 'callstack'. Below this should be a line like this
"**UNHANDLED EXCEPTION****
Reason: Access Violation (0xc0000005) at address 0x7C34FEDC read attempt to address 0x05595D90

1: 06/08/05 00:36:54
1: SymGetLineFromAddr(): GetLastError = 126
1: SymGetLineFromAddr(): GetLastError = 126
1: SymGetLineFromAddr(): GetLastError = 126"

Post that error code there at the end, the 126 in this case.

That might not be needed anymore for Seti, but it could indicate you have a problem with the CPU. 3000+ systems I looked up all had that number around 4000 - 4500. Could you rerun your benchmarks please? (Advanced, Rerun benchmarks)

I've uninstalled boinc. My pc keeps freezing and I'm getting a blue screen saying it's shut windows down to protect it. Nevermind looks like I won't be helping in the search for ET. :(
