They tell me to upgrade to version 4. I go to the site and try to download windows version..It says it can't find the server.What gives..is the updates down too?

I search the web and found a site that would download the updated version but I'm not sure of the site as one minute it wasn't working then the next thing I knew I had the update. BOINC is working okay for Seti and Climate..right now
