Mike, I have to laugh, being a shipmate, you should know that (being in the Navy) we're supposed work harder, not smarter. But unless there are safeguards put into place to limit the number of team joins and departures per time period that a single account can do, it looks like it could be abused as another way to fill up someone's email box mighty quick. I somehow doubr that UCB (or any other institution or person running a BOINC project) would want to risk becomming a 'spammer'. MJ This is true, and I would be willing to opt-in/out as I desire. With that many users it's hard to see who joined or who left...PLUS, it is also hard when someone joins up on the US NAVY forum, I have to go search through my team names and see if it is a legit account.
