after dling 4.05 I get this message and program will not run

Deleted everything, re download still get (corrupt cabinet file) when I try to install.

I uninstalled 4.05 and when I tried to reinstall it I got the same error. I used OPEN instead of saved and it worked. However, now I can't get a scheduler
