Seti is working on the latest unit first, instead of the earliest expiration date first. This has been happening the last couple of months. |

If the BOINC scheduler feels that it can do a workunit with a later expiration date and still have enough time to do the one with the earlier expiration date, then it will do so. If the BOINC scheduler finds that time is running out, it will pause the one with the later expiration date (called "preempted" on the status screen in BOINC Manager) and start doing the one with the earlier expiration date. Nothing to worry about. All work will get done as it should. |
