I am not sure if this would be part of my problem,I switched to service pack 2 last week,but do not really think it is the problem.One of the suggestions I received a few months back was to upgrade to the S P 2.Thanks for any help you can give me.I am not in the fix on what was going on as far as what the deal was last week.Thanks one more time.

Not sure this is the problem, but the shared memory line gives me pause, so you may have memory problems.... Try running one or both of the following programs.....to test your memory.......
