You would think with all the time and money that SETI@HOME has had pumped in to.That this project would at least work. I have donated time and money to see this project move a long. I have recruited other people in to putting SETI@HOME on there computers. Have been a founder of 2 groups that i do not work with any more. They still work units and have over 50 people between the two groups. You would think that with all the time, money, and people working this project. That they would get it together. I know that running a system of any size can some times be a daunting task. With all the remote users logging on every day. Is it that the system admins need to be replaced with people that know how to run a system as large as this one? OR? And i think this is the real problem. Is the bureaucracy what is holding use back? With the money that has been spent buy the SETI@HOME project last year. I would have a server set up that would make any geek wet them selves. *L* Or is it like most school computer systems. They spend good money over bad? Just my thoughts! OK! I will stop bitching now! :) REBELLIOUS GAMES FOR REBELLIOUS GAMERS |
