Thank you, Siran, I appreciate it.

Actually, you've touched on another aspect of all this. LHC has always had a separate team forum, like SETI's is now. The trouble with that setup is that each team member stays in their own team's thread. There's no interaction between teams, or much in the way of posts that aren't simply advertisements for the team. The only activity is to put another post in your team's thread in order to bump it up to the top-most area of visible threads.

With the single thread, it's more dynamic. Representatives of the individual teams talk to each other, sometimes try to outdo each other. If someone comes in here and posts that they are looking for a team to join, team members kiss their hands and shake their babies like they were running for office. There's a lot more activity, as evidenced by how many times my thread, and Fuzzy's before, was re-spawned. It will be a long time before you see a thread in the new team section reach 200 posts.

And yes, every team did have a voice. Before they were disabled, I made a point of going through the thread on a regular basis to plus any posts that had a rating less than zero, because I felt there was no need to minus something related to talking about one's team.

Anyway, I should probably stop rabbiting on in a thread that's closed, or the mods might get upset. Thanks once again.

And the Captain suggested it.

Personally, I don't fell at all like a politician on a campaign! Anyhow, I'm off to have a baby and kiss a hand!

Sorry I fell "asleep" behind the bar. Anyone want to take over? There's only one rule, you have to drink the mistakes you make. 8-D

Yes, I'm a bit late. I'll have two beers please.

Um, anyone know why Rom has four posts counted to his Welcome thread and only one post?

I think the beer must be flat, perhaps we should ask Keith to pour a few.

So how old is that interview with Dr. A? Three things on a desert island and he forgot his son. :/ Maybe he's still at the babysitter's.

Signed off by him 9th May 06 for June 06 publication.
Others in the publication pipeline are a little earlier but most are later.

Perhaps he just thought his wife would bring his son as she probably would; along with everything else the modern couple needs perhaps. Hmmm I didn't give any restriction on what someone else could bring. House, car, power plant, petrol station, hyper market. I will change the question next time!

I'm just wondering how many total threads you want to start for one team?
