I would like to invite all Australians to consider joining team BOINC@Australia. If you're intrested please click on the link in my signature.

You can check out our web site by clicking on the team logo below and have a look around our forum. You will see in there that we are active in all BOINC Projects.

The team is currently ranked 33rd in the world in combined BOINC statistics and still climbing but as we get closer to the top each step needs even more credit. So ever bit helps!

Best Regards

Mike

I come from a land down under, where women scream, and men chunder.

You could put a stop to that by joining BOINC@AUSTRALIA ;-)

Just a quick question if I may (as I noticed that you seem to do Einstein more than Seti). I thought that I read that there was a new version of Einstein coming out and that it was more optimised than the previous version. Is this true and if so, do you know the anticipated release date.

If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's already out and should download with a standard Einstein setup.

I invite all Australians to join a team involved in all BOINC projects, become part of the Australian Alliance and help compete with large teams from other countries.

We have an active web site, forum and great team members. If you're interested please click on the link in my signature.

  • Why start a new team at the bottom of the pack, when we are already within striking distance of the top 30?
  • We are already ranked 33 out of almost 48,000 teams in the world for combined BOINC projects.
  • We're the number 1 Aussie team, with more than 28 Million credits.
  • Australian name, for ALL Aussie crunchers.
  • Team website and forum, and infrastructure available to grow it.
  • The team is active in all current BOINC projects.
  • We have members all over the country and quite a few expats overseas.
  • Your existing individual credits will not be lost.
  • Future credits from all projects will help build a powerful alliance.

Together we could not only be the top Australian team, but well up in the world stats.

Were always open to new suggestions and new members. Come and look us over - You can check out our web site by clicking on the team logo below and also have a look around our forum. You can join by clicking on the "Join.." hyperlink and follow the prompts. You can ask for assistance in the forum too.

We need help with the science in a couple of projects, SETI and WCG. BOINC@Australia needs volunteers and you will have a great support team backing you up all the way.

We need more members, so we can contribute more results to science.

We currently have 774 members and we'd like you to join our team.
We are currently ranked 31st out of 50,071 teams, BOINC Combined.

If you're thinking about starting another Australian team, why not join one that has a strong commitment already?

Here's our daily throughput:

In my signature, you can click on the graphic to have a look at our web site and fora, or you can click on the hyperlink to join the team.

BOINC@Australia is the top Australian team participating in BOINC distributed computing projects listed below, and in the top 10 overall for a number of projects which gives a definite Aussie Presence. Whether you are contributing a little with one computer or participate in lots of projects with a building full of the latest equipment, we welcome your contribution to science.

While our emphasis is on Australians living anywhere in the world (including Australia) and anyone living in, or having some connection with Australia, anyone is welcome to join us.

We are the # 1 Team in Australia and well ranked in the world stats. As the song goes: "Come on Aussie come on, come on" so join us and help us show that Aussies do have a presence internationally in BOINC.

(Although Stats, numbers and such are detailed here, it is the science, that all of us are here for. That we are #1 in Australia and are internationally recognised, is a reflection of the science that the members of BOINC@AUSTRALIA have contributed to the projects.)

Just click on the logo to go to our web site or click on the blue hyper-link and follow the steps to join.
