You advertised my team in your thread and I thanked you. I gave a link for people who want to join the team you advertised (my team) to follow. Why do you blunder in here copying exactly my material? Trying to recruit to your team again on the back of our excellence!
I have complained to the mods about you. Your behaviour is both cheap and ungentlemanly! Its uncalled for. What a cheap stunt! What kind of team are you running there? I hope your members see this and understand what you are!

Thank you all for the kind and complimentary messages about edition 2. The team is thrilled so many of you found it a good read. Included in this list is Dr Anderson himself as you will see from his message on our web site home page.
With over 1100 downloads so far this edition is 3 times more popular than edition 1.
