	I re-downloaded the BONIC manger cause i had to rebuild my hard drive and now it says the manger can not connect to the client. It will only connect when i run the command line version from the BONIC folder if i run bonic.exe the manager works just fine. and it is the same with both versions of the manager. I am using BONIC Manager 5.2.13, and my computer is an Custom Built AMD with a duron 1.0Ghz Proc running Win XP Pro SP2.

	Download and install BOINC 5.4.9, it's out now. This one will have this problem fixed. As it is a port number that BOINC uses to communicate with other parts of itself, that is in use by another program.
