There is something strange with BOINC 5.4.9 in case of my computers.

For P4 2.8 I use for SETI the benchmarks have risen noticeably - can't remember previous values but they were much lower (something close to this computer (hope Jim won't be angry with me ;))

For Celeron D 3,06 I use for SAP and QMC the benchmark have fallen - ex Dhrystones from about 4100 to 2335.

Both computers are not overclocked and nothing much changed in their configuration...

What's up with the benchmarking?

Updating forces the transaction to take place immediately, and shouldn’t hurt anything...
i urge you to read report the results immediately!, before making such statements :)
