"Suspending computation and network activity - user is active"

You likely have your general preferences set to suspend seti if your computer is doing anything else ("user is active" would indicate this option) or to only work during certain hours or one of the other limiting options. You can change this online in "your account", and under the general preferences link. After a change, you have to update your preference back in the boinc software.
