OK, we will need more information.
From what I can see
Your computer hasn't contacted the server since 23 Apr 2006 8:40:22 UTC and you have no work listed on your account.
Your Maximum daily WU quota per CPU is 98/day, this should be at 100, unless errored out work or possibly not returned results on time.

As a first step I would suggest going to the Projects tab, selecting Seti project and clicking the Reset project button.
Exit Boinc. Reboot your computer.
After Boinc restarts.
Select Seti in the Project tab and click the Update Button.
If you don't get work, copy the log in the Message tab and post in this thread.

I think BOINC v4.19 is no longer allowed to download WUs. Please upgrade to the latest supported BOINC v5.2.13 and see if that helps.

There has been no post that I've seen that would indicate that V4.19 is no longer supported. I believe I have seen people using it with the new enhanced client, they just don't claim the correct credits.

EDIT
V4.19 is a very old version and had bugs.
If you deside to update, uninstall V4.19 (this will leave the Boinc folder intact) before installing the recommended V5.2.13. Future versions can be installed on top of existing v5.x.x without a need to uninstall.
Also be aware that V5.4.x will be release in the near future.

Thanks everyone for your input, though I actually find it quite hard to understand... I am not very au fait with computers, I can get by on the general stuff but I think I get what you mean... the reason why I had version 4.19 running is was it was the only one I managed to download as my service was interrupted while trying to download a later version.. I will have a go at what you suggest and query again if I hit problems... cheers!
