I haven't got any work units for at least a week, because I get this error. What's the problem? Is SETI down, or it's something else?

You can try in the tab "Projects" a right click and use "Update".
Some times this helps getting some WU's.

Somewhere in another thread it was explained...work units are now processed only 3 times whereas they were processed many times with Seti Classic. That plus the fact that they are working on Arecibo at present could be the cause.
I've only received 2 WU's in the last 48 hours and normally I have 10 on hand at all times.
