I tried in all the manner, I uploaded a PNG, a JPG, named "foo.png", "myIDnumber.jpg" and inserting a tag like this:
img vspace=6 hspace=9 src="http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/user_profile/images/40292.jpg"
(between angular brakets)
in the Personal background but the image are missing.
What shell I must do?

It was posted elsewhere that this feature was temporarily disabled, however I may be wrong.
