Is anyone else out there running into the issue of the message window in BOINC bogging down thier system after the machine has been up for several days/weeks? Does anyone know if there is a way to clear the log short of restarting BOINC or if that is a future enhancement?

In v3.20 the message-window was decreased to displaying 200 messages.

Not sure if anything is changed later on, but atleast for service-installs it's planned some changes so the application-log isn't filled with mostly unusable messages...

Hrmm I am on 3.19 I thought BOINC was supposed to auto updated not major releases. Do I need to get out there and update this manually?

The BOINC client does NOT autoupdate. You need to do it manually.

What DOES autoupdate is the project specific 'science cores'... Setiathome 3.08... mfoldB110 3.13... etc.
